What I Took Away from Our Latest Elite Level Mastermind

I’m a big believer in sharing what I’m learning—not just the wins, but the insights, the shifts, and even the stumbles. So I wanted to share a few of my personal highlights from our latest Elite Level Mastermind—not because I have to, but because I care about my community. 💛

Dave helped me see something I hadn’t. I thought I was being helpful in a situation—but I realized I was actually enabling someone’s bad habits. That reframe hit deep. 🙌

✅ Stillness Is Also a Move
Sometimes after a big win, your next best step isn’t another leap—it’s to be still. Reflect, regroup, and realign.

✅ Mindset Check: Scarcity vs. Poverty
There’s a difference, and they show up in our decisions. Scarcity might whisper, “Be cautious.” Poverty screams, “You can’t.” Recognizing the voice matters.

✅ Tactical Tips That Hit Home
– Be careful buying a short sale you negotiated. You could inherit a lawsuit if it’s seen as equity stripping.
– A bad investment I made years ago? It’s finally being handed off to small claims court. Lesson learned (and shared).
– Realtor webinars are back! I’ll be producing monthly trainings as part of my marketing to buy more mobile homes. It’s about providing value while staying top of mind.
