It's a Tough Market!

I hear all the time how there are no deals out there

Or

It takes too much time to find a deal

Or even worse 

I’m waiting until the market crashes

Or 

Real estate is too expensive.

If you’ll allow me to be blunt, these are all excuses because the person is afraid!  How do I know? Because I’ve said these lines myself before and with reflection I’ve learned I was actually scared of failing or looking bad. 

I teach from my experience as a side hustle real estate investor and a full-time real estate investor.  

I don’t want you to go through the pain of regret of not buying mobile homes now!

Take a minute to think of how thankful your future self will be that you took action today instead of making another excuse.

One of the main ways I’ve learned to combat the fear of failure and allow me to take confident action is education!  

When we attend classes we learn about the subject matter which increases our confidence.  We then ask clarifying questions which further increases our confidence!  At this point we have enough confidence to act on the knowledge we learned, the action gives us more confidence.  Do you see how this is a brick-by-brick confidence builder?

I have found the faster I lay those bricks of confidence the less likely I’m going to procrastinate and let fear take over.
