6 Biggest Repairs to Spot

When I do a walk-through inspection on a mobile home, of course, I’m checking everything, but there are 6 BIG items I want to check.  I am looking at these because of safety and cost.

I can ask the seller about the roof, electrical, and plumbing over the phone but want to verify during my walk-through inspection.

The straps/tie downs, subfloors, and window sills are inspected in person when walking the home.

Knowing how to properly inspect each of these is important for your budget when making an offer to a seller. Remember, working on Mobile Homes isn’t very difficult or expensive as long as it’s in your SOW.
